Winemaker’s Tasting Notes:
The 2008 Vintage in the Adelaide Hills was probably one of the best for some years. Quite cool for the main part of the growing season, with a very warm two weeks at the end of the harvest.
The crops were low, hence the fruit had tremendous flavour and character.
The bouquet is white peach and melon.
The palate is flavoursome with length and balanced natural acidity.
