As an Editor of the miles of footage shot at MAD she is revered and adored.  Nothing would emerge from this crazily busy production house if Leah stopped doing what she does so, please, no one upset her.
Biscuits, herbal teas and eating out of the CEO's wallet are what she lives on as she tunes into her ipod to escape the nonsense around her. 
On a personal note, Leah is saving up to establish her own Salmon farm ... this gal was gifted a Salmon on her first day on the job. and hasn't looked back since.  Crazy?   Nah ... it's just MAD
